Shipping Policy

NOTE: Please expect possible delays on the delivery of your order as flights have been restricted or cancelled in many regions due to COVID-19. We seek your kind understanding and patience. Thank you!

 

  • Processing timeAfter the order has been paid, we will process your order within 1 day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped;

  • Shipping time : Shipping takes 8-14 business days;

  • So normally you will be able to receive the package in 9-15 business days after your order confirmation.

Non-delivery, abandonment and collection of parcel

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please select a shipping address that will have someone home to accept the delivery, or have your order shipped to your office. Packages are generally not shipped requiring a signature for delivery, unless requested by the customer with an additional fee to be paid. The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages verified as delivered by the carrier with tracking information.
  • Once your order is placed, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please carefully check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will cause a problem with delivery and may result in your order being sent back to us as undeliverable. 
  • Packages which are unclaimed within the stipulated timeframe are subject to disposal by either the sender's or recipient's local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of. 
  • Any orders received back to our warehouse as undeliverable, for any reason such as incorrect addresses, or not responding to notices left by carriers, will be processed as a return, minus the actual outbound and return shipping charges plus handling fees, if and when they are received back to our warehouse.

Customs, duties and taxes

  • We do not collect VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. 
  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs in destination countries.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
  • Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and may be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.
  • Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@popupgadget.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, earrings, socks, stockings and underwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
